Denmark’s first implementation of the most recent SAP HR Upgrade (EhP5)

Being the first in Denmark, MB it-Consulting was responsible for implementing the most recent enhancement package with HR-functionality from SAP, the so-called Enhancement Package 5 (EhP5). We realized this for one of the very largest corporations in Denmark.

EhP5 update enables significant improvements in Self-Service for employees and managers (ESS/MSS). It offers new screens and features for wage regulation (Compensation Management) and staff development (Talent Management). EhP5 also enables a number of requested features for e-recruitment.

SAP Upgrade

Many of the features in ESS and MSS are already present even without the EhP5 update. However the improved Self-Service interface for employees, managers and HR personnel makes it easier to focus on business tasks rather than on the system. With the additional EhP5 functionality it has become even easier to roll out Self-Service across the globe.
