One of the biggest HR rollouts for a Danish company

Covering +40,000 employees in +50 countries, the current HR project rollout for a Danish multinational company is one of the largest ever in Danish history.

The vast number of different countries involved and a rather intense timeline makes this rollout highly complex in both planning and executing. The tight project plan, where the solution is being rolled out in more than 50 countries in less than two years, adds to the overall complexity, together with the fact that all countries have local demands that needs attention.

Together with the customer, MB it-Consulting created a global template to cover corporate HR requirements, while taking local country needs into consideration. The global template forms the base of the project.

The organizational set up of MB it-Consulting with several offices in both Denmark and China supports a fast, quality oriented and cost effective roll out, for example by leveraging the time difference – extending the normal working day with up to seven hours.

In a multinational project, incorporation of both global and local knowledge is essential. The customers' pool of international talents is key during the process of incorporating specific local requirements and HR processes, in the project.
