Danisco Case

"MB it was our partner during implementation of the SAP HR modules Master Data, Organization, Salaries and Time management for all employees in Denmark. The project was completed within the agreed upon cost- and time frames, and provided a very solid foundation for the global SAP HR launching, which is also being carried out in corroboration with MB it. The business case:

Various HR-modules in Denmark and the launch of a worldwide HR Master Data solution.

MB it-Consulting was in charge of design and technical implementation of basic co-worker data, organization data, time management and payroll management for all Danisco's Danish employees. In addition, MB it-Consulting was partners in the Global launching of co-worker data in the form of individually country-customized versions of the global template in 38 countries worldwide.

The timeframe was a year, and was on-schedule in close cooperation with Danisco's Corporate HR, the different countries local HR workers and Danisco IT.
