This along with the responsibility of recruiting, resource management and development of MB it-Consulting's knowledge management platform. Gitte is part of MB it-Consulting's management team. She brings a plethora of experience combined with a technical background and understanding, mainly from her background with one of the largest global IT software players. Before Gitte became a part of MB it-Consulting, Performance Management and Business Intelligence were the focus areas for four years. Gitte also undertakes the role as HCMS Consultant, where she supports the professionalization of HR processes. She also possesses great experience in running and facilitating a consulting firm.
