CN - SAP HR Consultant

The SAP HR consultant is responsible for technical solution specifications, SAP HR configuration and implementation. Reporting to the projects' SAP HR delivery manager, the consultant will be part of a team responsible for the design and implementation of SAP HR projects and solutions. Project teams often consist of both foreign and Chinese resources, combining different areas of expertise.

Tasks

  • Responsible for SAP HR project scoping, specification, implementation, system configuration and testing.
  • Preparation of project documentation.
  • End user training preparation and support.
  • Support the establishment and improvement of processes and tools at the customer.
  • Create a good work relation with the customer's IT and HR department and understand the needs necessary to carry out a successful SAP HR implementation project.
  • Maintain and expand your skills within SAP HR knowledge and consulting.

 

The ideal candidate


Experience / background

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in configuring and implementing SAP HR projects
  • Proven ability to communicate the value of a solution both to IT and HR.
  • Project or support experience with SAP HR, including knowledge of ASAP
  • Experience with working in a consultancy is valuable
  • Experience with one or more of the following modules:
    • PA/OM
    • Payroll (PY)
    • Time (TM)
    • Personal Development (PD)
    • Compensation management (CM)
    • Learning (LSO)
    • eRecruitement
    • Authorization
    • SAP Portal (ESS/MSS)
    • ABAP programming
  • Experience with SAP HR solution design and technical implementation
  • Design and implementing a project plan
  • Estimate project tasks
  • List requirements and calculate risks
  • Understanding the importance of delivery control and project reporting



Language

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and in writing.
  • In particular, strong English skills in relation to technical specifications and project documentation (including Business Blue Print, configuration report and training materials).
