SAP HR Support Services

High quality training of your key users is imperative to achieve successful implementations of new SAP systems. We offer training of your staff on every level at the point in time you see most fit.

We educate your SAP 2nd level support and offer 3rd level support on all SAP HR systems implemented by ourselves or others. Our support team also offers consultancy during upgrade or enhancement projects.

Support – long opening hours

MB it-Consulting’s unique business setup with offices in both Denmark and Beijing enables us to utilize the time difference to add several hours to our working day. Most customers will have a Danish Solution Responsible that does the Functional Support and then turns over the issue to the Technical Chinese Support Team if necessary.

Training – do not underestimate the importance

Having vast experience in SAP HR, the consultants at MB it-Consulting are very skilled at planning and performing the SAP Training for both HR personnel and end-users.
