Method of Work 

We are our client's partners. We are not selling products or hours. We take part in the project and work side by side with the client aiming to create a successful project.

Project participation	We take part in the project and work with our clients as equals. Typically, we relocate to the client's offices and solve tasks just like any one of the project co-workers. We take responsibility for our tasks and contribute with the different experiences we have, enabling us to fill gaps in the project that might fall outside our areas of competence.
Project management	We are fully qualified to assume total project management. By utilizing our job-related experiences in project management, we make sure our client is utilizing all their internal resources.
Reviewing and special tasks	We solve short-term, and rush-jobs. We can take part in reviewing and authorizing setups, assess a suggested solution, advice on implementation strategy, troubleshooti an interface or assist to other isolated tasks that might benefit from our competence and knowledge.
Training	We conduct seminars or training in SAP-HR and related areas. Maybe management needs an introduction. Or the HR-department needs inspiration. Or users, advanced users etc. need training in using the system. We plan in-house schooling and presentations according to your needs.
