Michael Nørgaard

SAP-consultant  Michael is senior SAP HR consultant. He works as project manager, coordinator and implementer. He is very experienced implementing global SAP HR solutions for large Danish companies as Danisco, Carlsberg and Danfoss, and has expertise within SAP PD specializing in Organization Management and Performance Management. Michael has also been working with scoping and analysis within reporting using SAP HR - BI and set up of Employee/Manager Self-Service via SAP Portal. Since 1999 Michael has been working with international implementations. He has been all tasks within projects, usually focusing on scoping, analysis, design, project management and training. Earlier Michael was manager of the IT development department in a Danish software development company. Our customers benefit a lot from his technical insight and practical experience within HR processes, management and ERP systems.
