Cecilia is managing director at MB it-Consulting and responsible for business development and international engagements.
Cecilia has extensive experience in implementing systems and handling the Change Management process that arise afterwards. Cecilia has for several years worked with international management through her previous positions at IBM and Oracle and from numerous projects where she has acted as Project Manager for some of Denmark's largest companies.
Clients can benefit from her broad knowledge within HR and processes because she is a skilled facilitator and communicator. Cecilia uses these qualifications get the organization to support the project and making sure the solution supports the business. Further Cecilia has deep knowledge in establishing businesses in China which helps to strengthen MB it-Consulting's positioning on the Chinese market.
