It is time for another seminar where HR people can meet, exchange experiences, discuss new and interesting problems and discover new opportunities in HR.
The seminar will be about 'HR as a strategic business partner' and a live demonstration of the possibilities with SAP's Learning Solution.
Over the last decade there has been a profound shift in the work of the HR function. HR has realigned its organization in order to undertake the role as a "strategic business partner". Some companies choose therefore to create a HR service center to systematize and streamline administrative tasks, thus freeing up resources for strategic tasks.
Therefore, we are pleased to present Birgitte Clausen, director of LEGO Service Center in Billund, who will share her experiences on how LEGO executes the People & Culture Strategy. LEGO has among other created a HR service center to ensure optimum efficiency and quality in their processes, including system and process support to the organization. This has led to greater cost-effectiveness through increased standardization, harmonization and integration of HR processes.
Ivar Bjurner, our Learning expert, will talk more about SAP's Learning Solution and give us examples of how employees and managers through Self-Service can get a better overview of learning data and how the data through self service can be used actively in the company. Furthermore, we will look at typical challenges in learning and how the company can address them.
The event will be held on 24 March 2010 in our new premises at Gl. Køge Landevej 55, 5th floor.
