The majority of MB it-Consultings customers are large Danish companies operating globally. Many of them have established production- and office facilities in China – a country greatly benefiting from a positive development both in terms of production and sales. In order to be able to service our customers needs, and their earning as best as possible, MB it-Consulting has put forward its China initiative, following our customers to the middle kingdom. MB it-Consulting has been visiting several of our major customers and trade partners in China during December 2007, and will also in 2008 visit both existing as well as potentially new customers. As we have a thorough knowledge of our customers’ global HR systems, we want to add additional value to them by supporting their systems and processes in China as well, and by beeing the connection between the Chinese departments and the Danish head offices. This is carried out by frequent visits to China, by having knowledge about local HR conditions and by the opening of a Chinese office, where we thanks to our Chinese partners will be able support and service our customers as effective and ‘local’ as in Denmark. MB it-Consultings contact to and corporation with the Royal Danish Embassy in Beijing, provides us up to date information about the Chinese market and ensures an official representation and exposure of MB it-Consulting and our customers interests. We hope that our knowledge of global HR and global HR processes and not least knowledge of Chinese HR, will allow us able to support companies currently operating or considering operating on the Chinese market.
