Pictures from our latest seminar “Global HR, Challenges and Possibilities” held at the Danish Embassy in Beijing, 24th September 2008.

The speakers were, Mrs Cecilia Bonefeld, CEO MB it-Consulting, Mr Thomas Ekvall, Global HR Vice President of Carlsberg, and Mrs Xie Zainuan, HR Director Novozymes.

Mrs Xie Zainuan, HR Director Novozymes, spoke about the global values and value chains in Novozymes HR strategy, and she gave a lot of interesting examples of the global strategy.

Mr Thomas Ekvall, Global HR Vice President of Carlsberg, also touched upon the global view, presenting Carlsbergs global HR vision with lots of examples and key principles in the HR leadership and how Global HR in Carlsberg is seen as a value-added function.

Finally Mrs Cecilia Bonefeld, CEO MB it-Consulting, presented the global HR visions of MB it-Consulting in relation to projects carried out for our major international customers. The case stories showed examples of some of the solutions and HR strategies MB it-Consulting are offering to our customers.

A lot of interesting discussions and talks took place, and many HR related subjects were touched upon. Especially the differences between western and eastern HR culture gave rise to interesting discoveries and conclusions that we think will be beneficial in your work ahead.
