CRM Responsible Pernille is responsible for our activities directed at our customers. Activities like events, inspirational days, customer satisfaction surveys and communication. This is in order to meet the customers the best way with relevant information and through professional handling. In addition to the above Pernille also acts as support for Cecilia Bonefeld with administrative tasks and point of contact in the Copenhagen office.
Pernille has previously worked with administrative tasks, CRM and HR. First in Peoplesoft and Oracle and has lately been responsible for all education and sales support of Account Managers and Consultants in Nordic for Oracle.
