Account and Project Manager Thomas works as Account Manager and Senior Project Manager. He has more than 10 years experience in HR processes, systems and global implementation. Thomas has previously worked with global HR/HCM for A.P. Moller-Maersk and was overall responsible for implementing and roll-out of their HR-system worldwide. In the roll-out process he was working with project management, global implementation, analyzing global and local needs, design, risk management, system interfaces, end user education and data-conversion. This wide job-role experience gives him a huge insight in the different phases of HR-processes and global implementation.
