Solution Architect
Job description As a Solutions Architect you understand the HR business challenges and possibilities and you can design a dozen ways to optimize and improve them and not least communicate them. You have the skills to transform this knowledge into HCMS solutions and have an overview of how processes and systems can support implementation of HR initiatives and processes. You are capable of working with professionals at all levels and have the capacity to create shared visions and inspire to success. Your role will require day-to-day interactions with HR business colleagues on all levels of the organization, IT colleagues and external vendors. Your key challenge will be to design solutions that are forward-thinking and deliver concrete, tangible results. You’ll need a good blend of solution sales, business and rather deep HR technology skills, be comfortable facilitating with diverse stakeholders, and have a passion to deliver consistently great results.
Position Description: The Solutions Architect operates in a multi-function role often consisting of:
Position Requirements:

HCM business understanding from working with HCM systems or in a HCM function

High level of technical expertise in a HCMS system

You have worked with HR process design and or mapping before
-
The ability to “bridge the gap” between the business and IT
-
Documented ability to communicate the value of the solution in a way that resonates with all levels of the organization including local, regional and global.
