SAP HR consultant
Job description As a SAP HR consultant you are responsible for technical solution specifications, SAP HR configuration and implementation. It can further include support to SAP HR system solutions.
You have a close cooperation with the SAP HR Delivery Manager / Project Manager and the Solution Architect for the design and implementation of the solution. You will often work in teams with a mix of Danish and Chinese resources.
Furthermore you are responsible for being up-to-date with the latest business tools and trends – and linking this knowledge to a customer’s organization.
General responsibilities:

Be responsible for scoping, specification, implementation, testing and possible configuration support

Ensure the establishment and improvement of processes and tools at the customer
-
Create a good work relation with the customer's IT and HR department
-
Understand the needs necessary to implement a configuration project
-
Maintain and expand your skills within Consulting and SAP HR
Position requirements:
-
At least 2-4 years of practical experience in configuring and implementing SAP HR. - You are the expert!

Proven ability to communicate the value of a solution in such a way that resonates across both IT and HR.

Project or support experience with SAP HR.
-
In addition, experience working in a consultancy is valuable.
You should have the following qualifications:

SAP HR configuration; Experience with one or more of the following modules:

PA/OM
-
Payroll (PY)
-
Learning (LSO)
-
eRecruitement
-
Authorization
-
SAP Portal (ESS/MSS)

Experience with SAP HR solution design and technical implementation

Design and implement a project plan
-
Estimate project tasks
-
Develop requirements and calculate risks
-
An understanding of delivery control and project reporting
-
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
